Are Health Changes The First Signs Of A Dimensional Shift?
Are our bodies providing evidence of a current dimensional transformation? When you personally experience these changes while others are noticing the same thing, then it’s feasible to ask these questions that led me to wonder if we might be on the cusp of a big change, maybe even a move to a new dimension? Many of us have sensed and felt as if we’re on the precipice of something magnanimous.
Some of us have had visions of what is coming and it’s incredible!

Cosmic Energies
Many of us have had extreme bouts of tiredness. Some will say that’s common, but is it? And why does it always seem to happen around the same time of the day? An commonly overlooked explanation is that our bodies are going through an energetic DNA upgrade that happens when we sleep. These galactic downloads are helping your body to prepare for the great transformations that’s upon us.
Schumann Resonance whiteouts and solar flares also deliver cosmic energies that we all integrate into our bodies. These energies can penetrate through buildings and homes, so it’s not anything you can escape, although I don’t know why someone would want to!
The following solar storm symptoms are from Alex Myles in an article called, “Solar Activity Increasing – Symptoms & Affects“:
Some common symptoms people experience during Solar Storms are:
- Pressure headaches
- Feeling out of sorts, or unbalanced
- Flushes
- Dizziness, nausea
- Exhaustion
- Ear ringing
- Difficulty focusing
- Confusion, foggy mind, forgetful
- Temporarily misplacing items
- Disturbed sleep patterns
- Anxiety, stress, irritability, sadness
- Nervousness, worry, fear
- Overwhelm
- Heightened awareness, enhanced intuition, insights that seem to appear from ‘nowhere’
- Difficulty tracking time (time either feels too slow or at great speed)
- Noticing synchronicities, i.e. certain number patterns reappearing
- Premonitions, intense dreams or nightmares
- Struggles with communication
- Electronic devices messing up
Alex states, “The reason for much of the above is that our personal vibration is on a frequency that is much lower than the vibration of the new energy incoming from the Sun / Universe.”
Additionally, she recommends:
To lift our vibration so that we resonate with the higher energy we can:
- Drink plenty of filtered water (not tap water)
- Take salt water baths
- Meditate and remain aware of recurring thoughts and feelings
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol
- Spend time in nature
- Consume high vibrational foods such as fruit, vegetables
- Remind yourself that everything in the universe is made up of energy and that conscious thought and intention can instantly alter how we think and feel
- Breathe deeply
- Forgive, release, surrender, practice kindness, compassion, acceptance, and empathy
- (Where possible) temporarily disconnect from anything/anyone where the energy is toxic and draining
Another common sign is experiencing headaches or migraines. I’m not a headache kind of guy but lately, I’ve had several when previously, I haven’t had any in years! This may be the result of our bodies adjusting to the incoming energetic frequencies.
High Pitched Frequencies
And speaking of which, does anyone else hear high pitched frequencies? On In5D, I wrote an article called, “High Pitched Frequencies And What They Mean“. Sound is vibration and was present before physical manifestations. Royal Rife invented a machine that would attack various illnesses based on sound frequency.

Each day, I’m hearing high pitched frequencies. Some days, they’re the same as the previous day but other times, they change throughout the day. Today, it’s A Major but that could change at any given moment.
Here is the meaning of each note:
C Major: (Root, “I am”, Mars, ability to survive) – Completely Pure. Its character is: innocence, simplicity, naivety, children’s talk.
C Minor: Declaration of love and at the same time the lament of unhappy love. All languishing, longing, sighing of the love-sick soul lies in this key.
D♭ Major: A leering key, degenerating into grief and rapture. It cannot laugh, but it can smile; it cannot howl, but it can at least grimace its crying.–Consequently only unusual characters and feelings can be brought out in this key.
C# Minor: Penitential lamentation, intimate conversation with God (Creator/Source), the friend and help-meet of life; sighs of disappointed friendship and love lie in its radius.
D Major: (Sacral, “I feel”, Venus, sensuality, tenderness, spontaneity) The key of triumph, of Hallelujahs, of war-cries, of victory-rejoicing. Thus, the inviting symphonies, the marches, holiday songs and heaven-rejoicing choruses are set in this key.
D Minor: (Also called C Sharp or C#, the cusp of C and D) C=Root, “I am”, Mars, ability to survive and D= Sacral, “I feel”, Venus, sensuality, tenderness, spontaneity) – Melancholy womanliness, the spleen and humors brood.
E♭ Major: The key of love, of devotion, of intimate conversation with God (Creator/Source).
D# Minor: Feelings of the anxiety of the soul’s deepest distress, of brooding despair, of blackest depression, of the most gloomy condition of the soul. Every fear, every hesitation of the shuddering heart, breathes out of horrible D# minor. If ghosts could speak, their speech would approximate this key.
E Major: (Solar Plexus, “I do”, the Sun, confidence, optimism) Noisy shouts of joy, laughing pleasure and not yet complete, full delight lies in E Major.
E Minor: Naive, womanly innocent declaration of love, lament without grumbling; sighs accompanied by few tears; this key speaks of the imminent hope of resolving in the pure happiness of C major.
F Major: (Heart, “I love”, Moon, emotions, inner world, peacefulness, bliss) Complaisance & Calm.
F Minor: Deep depression, funereal lament, groans of misery and longing for the grave.
F# Major: (Cusp of A Major and B Major) Triumph over difficulty, free sigh of relief uttered when hurdles are surmounted; echo of a soul which has fiercely struggled and finally conquered lies in all uses of this key.
F# Minor: A gloomy key: it tugs at passion as a dog biting a dress. Resentment and discontent are its language.
G Major: (Throat, “I speak”, Mercury, communication, creativity, expression) Everything rustic, idyllic and lyrical, every calm and satisfied passion, every tender gratitude for true friendship and faithful love,–in a word every gentle and peaceful emotion of the heart is correctly expressed by this key.
G Minor: Discontent, uneasiness, worry about a failed scheme; bad-tempered gnashing of teeth; in a word: resentment and dislike.
A♭ Major: Key of the grave. Death, grave, putrefaction, judgment, eternity lie in its radius.
A♭ Minor: (Also called G Sharp) Grumbler, heart squeezed until it suffocates; wailing lament, difficult struggle; in a word, the color of this key is everything struggling with difficulty.
A Major: (3rd Eye, “I see”, Saturn, limitation, time, regulations, restrictions) This key includes declarations of innocent love, satisfaction with one’s state of affairs; hope of seeing one’s beloved again when parting; youthful cheerfulness and trust in God (Creator/Source).
A Minor: Pious womanliness and tenderness of character.
B♭ Major: (Also called A Sharp or A#, the cusp of A Major and B Major) ( B Major = Crown, “I understand”, Jupiter, expansion, generosity, opening) and ( A Major = 3rd eye, “I see”, Saturn, limitation, time, inevitable consequences) – Cheerful love, clear conscience, hope aspiration for a better world.
B♭ Minor: (Also called A Minor Sharp or A# Minor) A quaint creature, often dressed in the garment of night. It is somewhat surly and very seldom takes on a pleasant countenance. Mocking God (Creator/Source) and the world; discontented with itself and with everything; preparation for suicide sounds in this key.
B Major: (Crown, “I understand”, Jupiter, expansion, generosity, opening) – Strongly colored, announcing wild passions, composed from the most glaring colors. Anger, rage, jealousy, fury, despair and every burden of the heart lies in its sphere.
B Minor: This is as it were the key of patience, of calm awaiting ones’s fate and of submission to divine dispensation.

Cosmic Rays
Cosmic rays, which are different from solar storms and CME’s, may also be helping to open our third eye by reaching the pineal gland with their energy. Some believe these rays might stimulate the pineal gland, often linked to the third eye, encouraging spiritual awakening or heightened intuition. I’ve talked to a few friends who feel more aware of their gut feelings on days when cosmic rays are stronger. People who look into this stuff say the rays might help clear out anything blocking the pineal gland, making it easier to sense higher realms. It makes me think about all the invisible energies we might be feeling without even knowing it.

Pole Shift
Our planet is currently undergoing a physical pole shift. In an exclusive video series called, “AI Speaks to In5D” I asked AI the following question:

Hypothetically, if the poles do a physical shift, the hemispheres in your brain may rewire itself to give us full mental capacities! They say we only use a small portion of our brains. Imagine it at full throttle? Of course, the trade off would be having to live through a physical pole shift, which I personally don’t care to do.
Pay Attention To Your Body
Your body may be experiencing unusual sensations, perhaps a buzzing, a tingling, or a vibration. I’ve had this buzzing on occasion that kind of sounds like a short circuiting type of “buzz”.
I’ve also experienced increased sensitivities to various stimuli but these could manifest in many different ways for other people such as through touch, sound, light, and even taste! Here’s one that I’ve experienced numerous times. For no apparent reason, I’ll hear a cracking kind of sound coming from what seems to be the middle of my brain. Of course, this is where the pineal gland is located, so that sound might be what it actually sounds like to hear your pineal gland decalcify!
