I often reflect on the idea that our 12 strand DNA which currently has just two active strands for 3D consciousness and duality is gradually being upgraded to activate all strands. As these dormant strands awaken our individual and collective energy frequency rises expanding our awareness to higher levels of consciousness.
The bands of color we experience in the Lightwaves become more vibrant moving us from lower frequency experiences like those in the root and sacral chakras which are associated with money and sex to higher frequencies in the heart and third eye where heart mind coherence becomes possible. This shift is further illustrated by the chart below, which helps visualize these higher spiritual frequencies showing the movement beyond duality and into greater alignment as we collectively rise into the heart and beyond.

We have been so deeply genetically modified that we must question whether duality is truly necessary. Could the gifts of other dormant strands, such as telepathy, precognitive remote viewing, and healing, provide a path to heal collective shadows more swiftly, lessening the intensity of our experiences? Embracing neutrality in the present moment offers a powerful opportunity to shift this dynamic.
In the duality of life, consider the example of people investing in a beauty store that caters to women. The masculine energy focuses on providing for the family, ensuring financial security, and feeling accomplished. Yet, the feminine energy reminds us that many beauty products contain harmful toxins, affecting our health. As we activate our DNA and shift to a higher frequency, we begin to rethink these products and their impact. By embracing self-care and natural beauty, we allow our true radiance to shine.
As the light continues to saturate the planet, as foretold by many prophecies and reflected in the bright white sun, we collectively rise. Even the darker polarity energies within us are being amplified by this light, creating an opportunity for deep cleansing. However, if the physical vessel is unable to operate in the higher plasma frequencies, it may phase out, unable to keep up with the expanding light.
Just like trying to run 1000 amps on a 30 amp breaker doesn’t work, our bodies need to be strong enough to handle the higher frequencies of energy. We are the technology, and it’s up to us to maintain our physical vessel to support these powerful shifts. If we fail to do so, the density of our physical awareness may prevent us from fully integrating these higher energies, causing us to phase out.
