Those souls that have awakened and have decided to move themselves forward in this Ascension Process, are able to step between and recognize all Dimensions, both higher and lower. Although they may choose to resonate mostly with the higher 5D realms and beyond, they have the ability to experience the lower realms simultaneously without giving it their energy or much thought.
